Spain: Luxury hotel owner-operator Mandarin Oriental will open its first property in Mallorca in spring 2026, located in Calvià.
Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra features 131 rooms including 26 suites, 19 rooms and suites with plunge pools, and three rooftop suites with private pools.
Amenities include six restaurants, a spa with nine treatment cabins, two outdoor pools, an indoor pool, and fitness centre.

Mandarin Oriental now operates 45 hotels, 12 residences and 26 homes across 27 countries and territories.
