KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot, an all-you-can-eat dining experience that merges traditional Asian Hot Pot with Korean BBQ flavors, is opening its 80th location and first in New York City. Located at 310 W 38th St., in Manhattan’s Midtown West neighborhood, the restaurant features meats, fresh seafood and crisp vegetables for both its BBQ and Hot Pot offerings. The Hot Pot menu offers a variety of noodles and soy-based options; guests may customize their experience by choosing from eight soup bases.
“We’re thrilled to bring KPOT’s unique dining experience to the vibrant culinary landscape of New York City,” Margaret M. Farrell, head of marketing for Vertex Hospitality, said in a company press release. “New York is home to diverse and energetic food lovers, which aligns perfectly with KPOT’s mission to bring people together over innovative, interactive dining. We can’t wait to see New Yorkers gather around our grills, cooking up delicious meals and creating unforgettable moments and connections.”
Born from four friends from different backgrounds who blended their cuisines over a shared table, KPOT opened its first location in 2018.
