UK: Formerly Corus Hotels, operator Immersive Hospitality Management will open two hotels located in Buckinghamshire and London following multimillion pound renovations.
Under its new wellness brand Imerso Hotels, Immersive has refurbished the four-star Burnham Beeches in Buckinghamshire with a scheduled completion next month in November. The property features 80 bedroom and suites, F&B and a spa.
In late 2025/early 2026, Immersive has partnered with Marriott and TROO Hospitality to open a four-star property under the Tribute Portfolio in London. £35 million has been invested into the redevelopment project.
Andrew Khoo, chairman of Immersive Hospitality Management, said: “It is an incredibly exciting time forming our new hotel management company, IHM. With a strong pipeline already ahead, with the first opening of Burnham Beeches following an extensive renovation under Imerso Hotels in November this year, followed by a prestigious partnership with Marriott Tribute Portfolio for a flagship property in Hyde Park in late 2025, IHM is on track to set the stage for rapid global expansion, with a particular focus on the Far East.”
Beginning in 1993 as Regal Hotel Group, the company expanded through acquisitions and partnerships to create the Corus Hotels brand in 1999. By 2004, the company operated as Corus Hotels.
