US: Luxury boutique hotel collection Iconic Luxury Hotels will open its eighth property and the first in the US, Palm House Hotel in Florida, this November.
Located on Royal Palm Way in Palm Beach, Florida, Palm House Hotel features 79 rooms including 21 suites. The hotel’s two-floor presidential suite offers an Alaskan King bed with a lounge opening onto a private balcony overlooking the pool.
Amenities include the Palm House Dining Room with indoor and outdoor searing, the lobby Palm Bar, a ballroom, garden terrace and pool deck.
Andrew Stembridge, executive director of Iconic Luxury Hotels, said: “This marks a pivotal moment in the brand’s history as we announce our first Iconic Luxury Hotel in the United States.”

Palm House Hotel joins seven properties within the Iconic portfolio, including Cliveden House, Chewton Glen, The Lygon Arms, 11 Cadogan Gardens, The Mayfair Townhouse, The Chelsea Townhouse, and Hotel Excelsior.
The group is part of L+R Hotels, a family-owned, global hotel investment and management company with a portfolio of over 105 hotels with approximately 21,000 keys.
