US: Real estate development firm Pearlstone Partners in collaboration with vacation rental platform AvantStay will launch The Code in Austin this December.
Located at Zilker at 2323 South Lamar Blvd in Austin, The Code is set to open this December.
The five-storey, 178-residence property is available for guests to stay as well as own. Room configurations include studio (from $419,000), one bedroom (from $549,000), one bedroom with a study (from $679,000) and two bedroom (from $849,000).
Each residence is fully furnished, designed by Kim Lewis Studios with Williams-Sonoma home goods, Bosch appliances, in-unit laundry, and more.
Owners and guests of The Code will also have access to amenities including:
• A rooftop terrace with skyline views
• Resort pool with outdoor kitchen and poolside dining
• Restaurant and bar (still under construction)
• Coworking and creative spaces
• Concierge
• A dog wash and park
The residences are available for use by owners as often as required. Owners can opt into AvantStay’s professional management program for additional on-site support.

Sales contracts start 3rd November, managed by The Portfolio Edition Real Estate Group in partnership with Christie’s International Real Estate – Lone Star.
With its debut in Austin, Pearlstone Partners and AvantStay plan to expand The Code to other destinations across the United States.
