Dunkin’ franchisee opening 20 Qdobas

Qdoba, the second-largest Mexican fast casual restaurant chain in the U.S. with 800 locations, is expanding its footprint through several franchise agreements, including a 20-unit deal with Dunkin’ franchisee Cafua Management.

The company will open in New Hampshire and Rhode Island, building on its existing agreement for five restaurants in Pennsylvania.

“As we kick off 2025, Qdoba’s growth has never been stronger,” Jeremy Vitaro, chief development officer at Qdoba, said in a company press release. “We’re proud to partner with experienced franchisees who share our vision for delivering delicious food nationwide.”

Qdoba has also inked deals to open:

  • New Orleans (five restaurants).
  • Kansas City, Mo. (12 restaurants).
  • Chicago (15 restaurants)
  • Savannah, Georgia (eight restaurants)

Existing franchisees are investing further in the brand with commitments for additional restaurants in Ohio, Maryland, Colorado and Connecticut.
