Crystal, the luxury cruise line, has unveiled its third annual series of “Wellness at Sea” retreat voyages aboard the Crystal Symphony, scheduled for August 2026 during National Wellness Month. The program consists of two voyages that can be booked individually or combined: the first runs from August 17 to 24 (Vancouver to San Diego), and the second from August 24 to September 5 (San Diego to Guayaquil, Ecuador).
The retreat will once again be led by Crystal’s wellness ambassador and registered nutritionist, Dalila Roglieri, who specializes in Mediterranean lifestyle and nutrition science. Roglieri will be joined by a team of returning specialists, including experts in yoga, mental well-being, cold exposure, and somatic therapy. A new addition to the team is Chef Abbie Gellman, a recognized culinary nutrition authority.
Guests will participate in a variety of immersive wellness activities, such as yoga, meditation, sound baths, functional training, and breathwork classes. The program also features a two-day “detox at sea” and educational lectures focusing on longevity science, aging well, and maintaining mental acuity. All cuisine is prepared by Crystal’s team under Roglieri’s nutritional guidance, with guests having the opportunity to attend hands-on wellness cuisine workshops led by Roglieri and Chef Gellman. Additionally, the voyages will offer onboard pickleball instruction for all skill levels.
