A cruise line had added tablets in all of the cabins on one of their cruise ships that will help improve the onboard experience while replacing printed schedules and flyers.
Celestyal has announced that all cabins on Celestyal Journey now feature a SuitePad tablet. The tablet will help streamline onboard services and simplify how guest receive information. It will allow guests to manage key aspects of their cruise directly from their cabin.
With the tablets, guests will be able to do the following:
- Request cabin upgrades
- Order room service
- Reserve dining at specialty restaurants
- View entertainment schedules
- Make service requests
- Make purchases at the onboard shops
- See the ship’s deck plans
Lee Haslett, Chief Commercial Officer at Celestyal, gave the following statement:
