UK: Real estate investment firm AJ Capital Partners has appointed CBRE to sell the Graduate by Hilton Cambridge for offers in excess of £60-65 million.
Located on the banks of River Cam, the 148-key property underwent a renovation in 2021.
It offers a fitness centre with a swimming pool, restaurant, bar and café, as well as event space. Room design incorporates Cambridge history, including the University of Cambridge’s Cambridge blue color.
The Graduate will be marketed for long leaseholds as CBRE expects significant attraction to the Hilton property.
“Graduate Cambridge represents an opportunity to acquire a recently refurbished hotel in one of the UK’s most competitive and internationally recognised markets,” CBRE UK hotels head Miles Auger said. “Given Cambridge’s demand profile and limited future supply, we expect to see strong interest from domestic and global capital.”
