Carnival Corporation & plc (NYSE/LSE: CCL; NYSE: CUK), the world’s largest cruise company, earned a spot on the Forbes list of Best-In-State Employers for Florida for 2025, recognizing the highest-rated employer brands for professional growth and advancement. Carnival Corporation was one of only six travel and leisure companies recognized among the roughly 100 Florida companies honored on the annual list across all 50 states.
Presented by Forbes and Statista Inc., a leading statistics portal and industry ranking provider, America’s Best-In-State Employers were determined through an independent survey of over 160,000 employees working for companies employing at least 500 people in the U.S. Over 2 million employer evaluations were considered through the survey, which was conducted periodically over the past three years. Respondents were asked to rate current employers in several areas important to all employees, including atmosphere and development, salary and wage, company image, inclusion, working conditions and workplace environment. Participants were also asked to evaluate their previous employers within the last two years and organizations they knew within their industry or through friends or family who work there.
