Biggby Coffee has promoted CFO Erin Kaylor to president.

“Having the opportunity to lead an organization I’ve grown so passionate about is really exciting to me,” Kaylor said in a company press release. “I’ve only been here for about a year and a half, but what I truly love about our company is the way that we always put people first. Whether that’s our staff or our franchise owners, our customers and our suppliers, we’re very focused on and committed to people.”

Biggby is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year and has over 430 stores.

“While we’re refreshing our brand this year to have a more modern look and feel, our culture remains the same,” Kaylor said. “We’re about great coffee, great people and serving others. We’re focused on making every interaction with our customers and franchise owners one that makes their day brighter and their lives better.”

Biggby co-founder and co-CEO Mike McFall praised Kaylor’s leadership style and strategic insight as instrumental to the brand’s future.

“Erin is a remarkable leader whose people-first philosophy perfectly aligns with everything Biggby stands for,” McFall said in the release. “She brings incredible financial acumen and franchise experience, but more than that, she deeply understands our mission to improve lives through coffee. I couldn’t be more confident in her ability to lead us into our next chapter.”
