Worldwide: Sustainable hotel, resort and lodge portfolio Beyond Green has added seven members to its global portfolio, taking its total to almost 50.

The additions take the Beyond Green portfolio to almost 50 hotels, resorts and lodges across 20 countries.

Among the recent members are four andBeyond properties which are part of an extended partnership with the luxury experiential travel company. This will see 23 properties joining the Beyond Green portfolio.

The recent additions include:

· Swinton Park Hotel (Ripon, North Yorkshire, United Kingdom): Housed in a Grade II-listed castle, once the home of the Earl of Swinton, the hotel spans more than 200 acres of parkland and gardens. The hotel has installed a biomass boiler for energy, uses recycled materials in its communal spaces, and offers a chemical-free natural pool. The team also plants a tree for every guest stay.

· SCP Corcovado Wilderness Lodge (Bahia Drake, Costa Rica): Located in Corcovado National Park, the lodge offers a spa, pool, certified dive centre and outdoor adventures such as hiking, kayaking, and fishing. It sources 70 per cent of its energy from renewables, has eliminated single-use plastics, and follows a zero waste dining model.

· Bio- and Wellnessresort Stanglwirt (Tirol, Austria): Set in the foothills of the Kitzbühel Alps, the resort sources its energy from a biomass power plant for heating and a hydroelectric power station generating carbon-free electricity. Water from the Kaiserquelle spring supplies the drinking water, pools, and saunas, and on-site organic farm supports farm-to-table dining.

· andBeyond Nxabega Okavango Tented Camp (Okavango Delta, Botswana): Offering nine tented suites, the camp implemented a photovoltaic (PV) plant and Tesla Powerpack Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) in 2018, which has helped reduce its reliance on generators and meet 80 per cent of its energy needs through green technology.

· andBeyond Sandibe Okavango Safari Lodge (Okavango Delta, Botswana): Located in the Okavango Delta, the lodge sources 70 per cent of its energy from a solar power plant – the first of its kind in the Delta.

· andBeyond Xaranna Okavango Delta Camp (Okavango Delta, Botswana): Situated on a private island, the camp features nine safari tents, each equipped with a private plunge pool, outdoor sala, and al fresco shower. 80 per cent of the lodge’s energy needs are met by a solar photovoltaic (PV) hybrid system, including a Tesla Powerpack Battery Energy Storage System (BESS).

· andBeyond Kichwa Tembo Tented Camp (Masai Mara, Kenya): Featuring 40 Maasai-inspired tents, the camp generates hot water from a solar-powered system, and by bottling water on-site, it eliminates the use of 56,000 plastic bottles annually. Kichwa Tembo also invests in education and healthcare initiatives to support local Maasai communities.

“We’re excited to welcome these seven new properties to our expanding global portfolio, including our inaugural properties in the United Kingdom, Austria and Botswana” said Lindsey Ueberroth, CEO of Beyond Green. “With each addition, we continue to uphold our commitment to using travel as a positive force for change, these properties strengthen our shared vision of fostering a more sustainable and responsible future for both travellers and the planet.”
