Brazil: Construction firm Setai Grupo GP has signed a 45-storey residential tower in João Pessoa, Paraíba, with interiors led by Aston Martin.
Setai Residences Interiors by Aston Martin is the luxury auto company’s first South American residential project. Baggio Pereira and Schiavon Arquitetura will lead design for the project with construction expected to finish in 2031.
Approximately 200 residences will range from 105 to 320 square metres. It marks Setai’s second branded residence in Brazil, as well as one of the tallest buildings in the northeast region.
For Aston Martin, the Brazil project builds on the 2025 opening of N°001 Minami Aoyama Japan, with Daytona Beach Shores in Florida also signed the same year.
Stefano Saporetti, head of brand diversification for Aston Martin, said: “As we expand our footprint into Brazil, we are translating and integrating Aston Martin’s British sophistication with the natural allure of Paraíba. By blending our evocative design language with the rich culture and natural beauty of the region, this project scales our craftsmanship into a bespoke lifestyle experience that captures the very essence of modern Brazilian luxury.”
André Penazzi, CEO of Setai Grupo, added: “Bringing Aston Martin’s first residential project to South America, specifically to Paraíba, Brazil, represents a strategic move to partner with iconic, globally recognised brands while positioning the region on the global ultra-luxury residential map.”
