US: The luxury Albert Hotel is now accepting reservations ahead of its opening 3 January 2025 in Fredericksburg, central Texas.

Located at 213 East Austin Street, the Albert Hotel occupies two acres in the historic shopping and entertainment district of Fredericksburg.

It offers 105 rooms, four F&B venues, a spa with seven treatment rooms, meeting and event space, and outdoor areas including a sunken limestone pool and lounge area.

The hotel has been converted from multiple buildings, including two residential homes, a pharmacy and a saloon. The latter two buildings have already relaunched as a cafe and a whiskey and beer bar respectively.

The main restaurant and Junebugs, a backyard BBQ joint, will open in January and March 2025 respectively.

Austin-based architecture firm Clayton Korte, led by principal architect Paul Clayton, designed the hotel in partnership with management and development company New Waterloo. Interiors have been led by Melanie Raines with Word & Carr Design Group creating the outside areas.

“The Albert Hotel is designed to be an homage to the Hill Country,” said general manager Mike Bolick. “From the limestone facades that echo the town’s 150-year-old historic buildings to our culinary offerings that celebrate local flavorus, every aspect of the hotel is a love letter to Fredericksburg.”
