US: AI property management system Boom has expanded beyond vacation rentals into the boutique hotel sector.
Boom is a technology firm which layers AI over property management systems, offering an AI co-pilot to support with various operational functions.
Features include:
• Guest messaging, connected to the existing PMS to create maintenance tasks and staff follow-ups
• AI-powered sales agent, trained on internal policies and room information to negotiate with guests in any language
• The ability to summarise reviews and create follow-up tasks for relevant staff members to respond
• Reporting and performance analysis
Founded by Shahar Goldbloim, a property manager with experience overseeing a rental portfolio of 150 units, Boom is now available for small to medium-sized hotels.
