BOISE, IDAHO—Resolute Road Hospitality announced the completion of a comprehensive renovation at the Residence Inn Boise West. The 104-suite extended-stay property, owned by Virga Capital, has been fully refreshed; the project updated all guest suites, public areas, and key amenities. Updated interiors include a redesigned lobby and gathering spaces, a modernized fitness center, and enhancements to the indoor pool area, as well as the hotel’s exterior courtyard, landscaping, and signage.
“As a Boise-based management company, it’s especially meaningful for us to be part of a project that invests directly back into our own community,” said Gary Horton, president, Resolute Road Hospitality. “Working alongside Virga Capital, we approached this renovation with a focus on how today’s guests live and travel. We’re proud to deliver an elevated experience here in Boise while continuing to drive strong performance for ownership.”
“Reinvesting in the Residence Inn Boise West reflects our commitment to delivering long-term value through thoughtful and strategic improvements,” said Rob Lateiner, chief executive officer and founder of Virga Capital. “Boise continues to stand out as a high-growth market, and we’re excited to strengthen this asset while continuing our partnership with Resolute Road Hospitality.”
