I live in Macon GA and even here I can see the rural parts degrading over the years
It especially got bad cause of Covid and whatever small businesses that were already struggling just couldn’t keep running
Taking our jobs over seas is the death of America. We have had about 6 Mills shut down where I live in Ga. People had to start over. A lot of ppl were close to retirement. Most stayed & travel to work. Savannah is my favorite place in Georgia. Good Job showing us these forgotten towns. Have fun & Be safe.

I grew up and lived in some of these South Georgia small towns. People are very nice, crime is low and life is a lot less stressful.Good people live down here.
