DAYTON, Ohio—SpringHill Suites Dayton Vandalia, owned by Witness Investments and managed by Ivy Hospitality, announced the completion of a comprehensive renovation of its 91-suite property in Dayton, Ohio. The project updated every part of the hotel, including guest suites, the lobby, corridors, meeting room, fitness center, and indoor pool.
According to Amanda Deeter, general manager of SpringHill Suites Dayton Vandalia, the renovation reflects a strategic investment in guest satisfaction. “We’ve reimagined our spaces to blend comfort, functionality, and style, ensuring that travelers feel relaxed and inspired from the moment they arrive,” said Deeter.
Project Details
The updated lobby includes curated artwork and a refreshed bar offering beer, wine, cocktails, and light fare. The complimentary breakfast buffet is served daily in the refreshed dining area. The updated fitness center provides access to a Peloton bike, along with the cardio machines, free weights, and Nautilus system. For business and events, the hotel offers a professional meeting space for up to 12 attendees. Signature amenities include the indoor heated pool and 24-hour Market.
Each of the studio suites has been modernized with new carpeting, wall coverings, and updated furnishings, along with trundle-style sleeper sofas. The beds include plush bedding and Serta mattresses. Suites are equipped with 55-inch HDTVs with streaming capabilities, free WiFi, microwaves, mini-refrigerators, coffee makers, and ergonomic workspaces.
Located near the intersection of I-75 and I-70 and just 10 minutes from the Dayton International Airport, SpringHill Suites Dayton Vandalia provides easy access to local dining, shopping, and entertainment.
