KENT, Washington—InnVentures announced leadership updates within its commercial organization with the promotion of Dury Kim to senior vice president of commercial strategy and the appointment of Brittany Cascanet as vice president of commercial strategy.

Since joining InnVentures in 2023 as vice president of revenue and distribution, Kim has played a key role in elevating the company’s commercial strategy. In her expanded role as senior vice president of commercial strategy, Kim will oversee enterprise-wide commercial initiatives focused on maximizing performance, innovation, and long-term value for owners and brand partners.

Cascanet joins InnVentures as vice president of commercial strategy, bringing extensive hospitality experience. In her role, she will help lead portfolio-wide commercial performance initiatives while supporting continued alignment across revenue strategy, sales, and digital disciplines.
