PLANO, Texas—Evolution Hospitality, a subdivision of Aimbridge Hospitality specializing in lifestyle, boutique, and soft-brand hotels, appointed Matthew Boettcher as senior vice president, operations. Boettcher brings over 25 years of experience in hospitality operations, brand strategy, and food and beverage (F&B) initiatives within the lifestyle, boutique, and soft-brand segments.
In this role, Boettcher will lead operations across Evolution’s lifestyle, soft-brand, and premium portfolio, driving improvements in property performance, owner returns, and guest experiences.
Boettcher most recently served as vice president and category leader, premium and endorsed brands for Marriott International, where he led strategic initiatives for a portfolio of brands, including Autograph Collection, Tribute Portfolio, Westin, Renaissance, and Le Méridien.
