NEW YORK, New York—ROW NYC reopened in Times Square following a multi-year renovation of all 1,300 guestrooms and public spaces.

To mark the reopening, the property is hosting a Welcome Back to NYC happy hour at Percy All Day and the debut of nyce things, ROW NYC’s new lobby retail concept with NYC-inspired merch. The hotel places guests steps from Broadway, major transit, and city attractions.

What’s New at ROW NYC
  • Percy All Day: The 90-seat day-to-night café and bar offers espresso, croissants, avocado toast, and bagels for breakfast, as well as cocktails, local pours, and a bites menu with Deviled Eggs with Bacon Jam, Wild Mushroom Crostini, and Wagyu Sliders in the evening. The Market serves a menu of comfort classics, a selection of sandwiches, Focaccia Pizza, and sweets.
  • “Nyce Things”: The curated lobby retail concept offering NYC-inspired keepsakes and essentials, including tote bags, baseball caps, water bottles, and T-shirts. The brand identity includes a lowercase typographic direction inspired by Milton Glaser’s “I ♥ NY” logo aesthetic.
  • Lobby Programming: The redesigned lobby includes a floor-to-ceiling mural by NYC local visual artist and muralist Bryce Wymer. Lobby programming includes a rotating calendar of events and activations, such as weekend DJ sets at the top of the stadium seating, curated viewing parties on a pull-down screen ranging from sports to film and cultural events.
