WEST CHESTER, Pennsylvania—Extreme Hospitality announced the addition of Hotel Warner, a boutique hotel in West Chester, Pennsylvania, to its portfolio of third-party managed properties.
Hotel Warner is an adaptive reuse project. Originally opened in 1930 as the Warner Theatre, the building has been reimagined into a hotel experience while preserving its history.
“We are excited to welcome Hotel Warner into the Extreme Hospitality portfolio,” said Eric Rubino, principal of Extreme Hospitality. “This property is a perfect reflection of our approach—honoring the history and character of a community while elevating operations, guest experience, and financial performance. West Chester is an exceptional market, and Hotel Warner is a true cornerstone asset within it.”
Following its transformation in 2011, Hotel Warner has maintained many of the theatre’s original architectural elements, including the grand staircase from the 1930s, historic brickwork, and curated photography that celebrates the building’s cinematic past. The lobby was once the theatre’s grand entrance. The hotel also provides modern amenities and walkable access to more than 60 restaurants, boutiques, and local attractions along High Street.
Extreme Hospitality will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, focusing on driving revenue growth, enhancing guest satisfaction, and strengthening the property’s connection to the local community.
“Hotel Warner is more than just a hotel—it’s a story, a landmark, and a gathering place for the West Chester community,” Rubino added. “We look forward to building on that legacy and positioning the property for long-term success.”
