Panera Bread has introduced Salad Stuffers, a handheld version of the brand’s green offerings. The item features a specially made, hollowed-out Italian roll stuffed with salads from the restaurant’s menu.

Diners can also select from two salads designed specifically for the format:

  • Steakhouse Salad Stuffer: Romaine and arugula with Farmhouse Ranch dressing, sliced steak, applewood-smoked bacon, Gorgonzola, pickled red onions, grape tomatoes and crispy frizzled onions.
  • Santa Fe Salad Stuffer: Romaine with ranch dressing, grilled chicken, taco seasoning, roasted corn, feta, zesty sweet peppers, pickled red onions, fresh cilantro and blue corn tortilla strips.

Salad Stuffers are available for dine-in, delivery, pickup and drive-through at Panera bakery-cafés nationwide.

As of March 31, Panera had more than 2,200 company-owned and franchised restaurants across 48 states, Washington, D.C., and Ontario, Canada.

Panera Bread is part of Panera Brands, which also includes Caribou Coffee and Einstein Bros. Bagels.
