Seoul, South Korea-founded bb.q Chicken, has updated its rewards program to boost customer loyalty and encourage more frequent visits.
The revised program introduces new redemption options, including Lemon Fizz for 10,000 points and the Open Sandwich Club for 25,000 points.
Customers receive $7 off after reaching 40,000 points. The company also lowered its top reward threshold to 50,000 points from 70,000.
“By introducing new menu items and adjusting the point structure, we’re creating more opportunities for customers to experience our menu while being rewarded for their loyalty,” a company spokesperson said in a press release.
The company’s U.S. headquarters are in Fort Lee, New Jersey.
