Would you attend a two-hour timeshare presentation for 100,000 Hilton Honors points?
Hilton Grand Vacations is offering a very noteworthy deal with stays at select properties and locations, plus 100,000 points, starting at $199 (plus taxes and fees). Participating destinations include popular areas like Orlando, Las Vegas and New York City.
While most timeshare offers are typically not worth the additional hassle — at least, from the point of view of many TPG staffers — this promotion presents a way to earn thousands of Hilton points without having to open a Hilton credit card and earn a welcome bonus.
As someone who doesn’t have a Hilton credit card in her wallet, this promotion is tempting. Here’s what to know about the March vacation package offer.

Is this Hilton timeshare promotion a good offer?
Yes, this Hilton timeshare promotion is one of the better ones we’ve seen from Hilton for a few reasons.
It includes an unusually high number of points
Previously, I’ve received timeshare email promotions for hotel brands offering similarly priced rates, but the points value has been much lower (i.e., no more than 75,000 points). Therefore, 100,000 Hilton points is a notable offer.

It’s cheaper than buying Hilton points
Hilton regularly runs a buy points promotion, and currently, through March 14, you can buy at a 100% bonus. Even with this bonus, I would have to spend $500 to earn 100,000 points.
It could be a more budget-friendly travel option
As someone who likes to travel on a budget and/or redeem points or miles to fund vacations, this offer is a pretty good deal. For example, if I want to travel to Disney World with my family, I could choose Hilton Grand Vacations Club Tuscany Village Orlando to redeem my vacation package at, as it’s one of the participating properties. So, for $199 (plus taxes and fees), I could stay for four days and three nights at this hotel, located within minutes of the Disney theme parks. Most hotels in the area charge $200 or more for just a one-night stay.
On top of that lower price for the stay, I could earn 100,000 Hilton points, which TPG values at $500, per our March 2026 valuations. These points can be used to book future award nights at properties worldwide.

A few things to keep in mind before purchasing
Prepare to sit through a 2-hour timeshare presentation
While staying three nights at a hotel and snagging 100,000 Hilton Honors points (starting at $199) sounds like a great deal, the other part of this promo requires attending the full timeshare presentation.
So, if you think you’ll only stay for a few minutes or skip the presentation during your hotel stay, you will most likely be required to pay the full face value for your entire stay, and you will not receive the 100,000 points.
Things may get a little uncomfortable
As someone who has previously attended a timeshare presentation, I’m well aware that the easy part is sitting through the actual information session. What is more difficult is having to sit down with a representative whose goal is to sell you on purchasing a timeshare.
Just know that politely saying “no, thank you” once or twice likely won’t cut it. You will probably be pressed and stressed as the manager keeps lowering your “deal” and potentially throws in additional offers. If your goal is to walk out of there without an additional bill, you (and your partner, if required to attend) need to be firm in your actions and prepared to say “no” … a lot.
Read the fine print
Before purchasing a vacation package, be sure to read Hilton’s fine print. For example, if you’ve attended a Hilton Grand Vacations presentation in the last year, you are not eligible for this promotion. Additional details of participation can be found on Hilton’s website.

Bottom line
Whether one of these destinations appeals to you, you’re already planning a getaway to one of the featured cities or purchasing 100,000 Hilton Honors points for as low as $199 (plus taxes, fees and some of your time) is worth it to you, considering this Hilton Grand Vacations promotion could be favorable.
However, it’s important to read the fine print and note that you will be pressured into a sale. If you’re comfortable saying “no” during this two-hour presentation — repeatedly — then saying “yes” to this deal may be worth the extra hassle.
