France: On 1 May 2026, COMO Cordeillan-Bages will debut in Bordeaux, marking COMO’s third property in France.

The hotel is housed in a 19th-century chalet with 17th-century turrets. It was converted to a hotel in 1989 by the Cazes family.

Led by Italian designer Paola Navone, who took on the same role for COMO’s Le Montrachet property in Burgundy, the Bordeaux hotel includes 28 rooms, two of which are signature suites.

Amenities include a restaurant as well as an outdoor pool, sauna and gym.

“Following the success of COMO Le Montrachet, we are delighted to expand our presence in another of the world’s great wine regions,” COMO Holdings CEO Olivier Jolivet said. “The Médoc’s heritage and craftsmanship resonate strongly with COMO’s values and with COMO Cordeillan-Bages, we will reimagine Bordeaux’s traditions through a contemporary expression of quiet luxury in the heart of the Médoc”.
