US: Developers DSM Real Estate Partners and Stafford Development Company have begun construction on The Chambray, a 125-key boutique hotel in downtown Roswell, Georgia.
The Chambray is scheduled to open in summer 2027, operated by The Indigo Road Hospitality Group (IRHG).
Matt Mitchell Design, David Thompson Studio and 617 Studio are collaborating on design.
Part of Hyatt’s JdV Collection, the hotel will feature 215 rooms alongside three F&B venues including a coffee and patisserie bar, a Mediterranean ground-floor restaurant, and rooftop sushi restaurant.
Additional amenities include a gym and 2,300 square feet of meeting space.
