France: Hospitality group Accor has launched an ALL Accor booking app within ChatGPT, allowing travellers to search for hotels, compare rates and complete bookings via the group’s website.
From 29 January 2026, users can search for Accor properties directly through the ChatGPT interface by entering destination and travel dates.Â
The tool displays public rates and, where applicable, preferential pricing for members of the ALL Accor loyalty programme, alongside key property information.
Bookings are completed on Accor’s secure ALL Accor website, meaning existing booking processes and loyalty benefits remain unchanged.
The functionality has been developed specifically for ChatGPT and is separate from the ALL Accor mobile app. It uses a conversational search format to surface accommodation options and is available in more than 20 languages across all markets where ChatGPT is supported.
Accor said the initiative is designed to simplify the early stages of trip planning and capture demand earlier in the booking journey.
Alix Boulnois, chief commercial, digital and tech officer at Accor, said the launch reflected changing consumer behaviour and aimed to improve how guests discover and interact with the group’s brands.
The move follows the introduction of ChatGPT app functionality for travel search in late 2025, when major online travel platforms including Expedia and Booking.com began supporting the feature.
