Dubai Holding acquires Jumeirah Mallorca from Deka Immobilien

Spain: Investment company Dubai Holding has purchased the five-star Jumeirah Mallorca in Spain, which will continue to be managed by Jumeirah. 

Jumeirah Mallorca is a clifftop resort set above Port de Sóller on Mallorca’s northwest coast, offering views of the Mediterranean and the UNESCO Heritage Serra de Tramuntana mountain range.

The property has LEED Platinum certification and features 121 rooms, four F&B venues including a poolside bar, a spa with hydropool, a fitness centre, and four event spaces.  

Dubai Holding plans to invest further in the property with the aim of positioning the asset as one of Jumeirah’s flagship destinations in the Mediterranean region.

With the purchase of Jumeirah Mallorca, it expands Dubai Holding’s portfolio to 34 hotels and resorts, including five Jumeirah hotels across Europe.
