Costa Cruises has announced its “Wave Into Summer Sale,” a significant promotional event targeting North American travelers for the 2026 and 2027 seasons. This campaign offers substantial financial incentives for early bookings made by March 16, 2026. Under the terms of the promotion, the second guest in a stateroom receives up to a 50 percent discount on their cruise fare. Furthermore, the offer includes a provision for third and fourth guests to sail free of charge when sharing the same cabin, making it a competitive option for families and group travelers.

The promotion is applicable across nine ships in the Costa fleet, including the company’s flagships, Costa Toscana and Costa Smeralda. Travelers can choose from various accommodations, including inside, outside, and balcony cabins. The eligible itineraries span several global regions and diverse durations, ranging from brief two-day “mini-holidays” to comprehensive 14-day expeditions. Key regions included in the sale are the Mediterranean, Northern Europe, the Caribbean, and Asia, with departure dates extending from March 2026 through March 2027.

Beyond fare discounts, Costa is emphasizing its “Sea & Land Destinations” concept to enhance the passenger experience. This initiative focuses on immersive cultural discovery, utilizing expert guides to showcase local flavors and traditions in various ports of call. The cruise line aims to position these voyages as accessible, high-value adventures that connect guests with iconic landmarks and pristine natural environments. Mediterranean sailings depart from major hubs like Rome and Barcelona, while Northern European routes utilize ports such as Kiel and Copenhagen. Caribbean itineraries are scheduled for the winter months, and specialized Asian voyages are available in mid-2026. This sale represents Costa’s strategic effort to drive early volume for its upcoming sailing calendar while providing enhanced value for the North American market.
