Worldwide: Guest management platform Duve has raised $60 million in Series B funding, led by Susquehanna Growth Equity with participation from existing investors XT Ventures and others.
The new capital will support Duve’s global expansion, with offices set to open in the UK, Germany, Singapore, and an additional Asian location.
The funding will also build out a new AI infrastructure and expand the company’s AI agents. The agents are trained on real hotel data and connected directly to property systems, drawing from live reservation details, guest preferences, amenity information, task management platforms, and food-and-beverage platforms. It has reduced response times from 30 minutes to one minute.

Duve serves more than one million guests per month across 1,000 brands located in over 70 countries.
