Crystal has announced its third annual Wellness at Sea retreat voyages, scheduled for August 2026 aboard the Crystal Symphony during National Wellness Month. These retreats are designed to provide guests with a comprehensive program focusing on movement, mindfulness, and nutritional excellence within the luxurious setting of the cruise ship. Two consecutive sailings are scheduled: the first from August 17 to 24, traveling from Vancouver to San Diego, and the second immediately following, from August 24 to September 5, going from San Diego to Guayaquil, Ecuador. Guests have the option to book either voyage individually or combine them for an extended Pacific journey focused on well-being.

The program will once again be led by Dalila Roglieri, Crystal’s wellness ambassador and registered nutritionist, who specializes in blending nutrition science with Mediterranean lifestyle principles. Roglieri will be joined by a team of returning specialists, including experts in yoga, mental well-being, fitness, cold exposure, somatic therapy, and meditation. A new addition to the team is Chef Abbie Gellman, a nationally recognized culinary nutrition authority.

The retreat schedule features a variety of immersive sessions such as yoga, meditation, sound baths, functional training, and breathwork classes focused on mental reset. The voyage also incorporates a two-day digital mindfulness and detox program. Educational components will focus on longevity science, featuring lectures on topics like healthy aging, maintaining cognitive health, and understanding the physiological effects of emotions.

A major emphasis is placed on culinary offerings, which include an expanded selection of plant-rich dishes created under Roglieri’s nutritional guidance. Guests can participate in hands-on wellness cuisine workshops and culinary demonstrations led by Gellman and Roglieri. The program also offers individual nutrition consultations and sensory blind tasting sessions. The cruise line’s commitment to innovative, healthy cuisine recently earned it recognition in the Women’s Health 2025 Travel Awards. Additional activities include pickleball instruction provided by an onboard coach for all skill levels. Bookings for the 2026 retreats are now open.
