Rock N’ Roll Sushi is expanding its footprint this fall with four restaurants across the Southeast and Southwest, each led by a different franchise partner. The openings follow a recently signed area development agreement in Dallas and a location announced for the Nashville area.

The restaurants include:

  • Tucson, Arizona, which opened Aug. 18.
  • Clift Farms, Alabama, which opened Sept. 1.
  • Hot Springs, Arkansas, expected to open in mid-September.
  • Cookeville, Tennessee, slated for a late September or early October opening.

“Adding four separate operators in four new markets within weeks of each other demonstrates the strength of our model and the quality of franchise partners we’re attracting,” Craig LeMieux, CEO of Rock N’ Roll Sushi, said in a company press release.

Rock N’ Roll Sushi also has locations in development for Oxford, Mississippi; Oxford, Alabama; Altamonte Springs, Florida; and Las Vegas, Nevada.

Founded in Mobile, Alabama, in 2010, Rock N’ Roll Sushi operates more than 70 locations across the U.S.
